Champion Coaching was founded by Celia Champion. Previously she was involved in various areas of the business world, from running a SME as a joint owner to being the managing director of a corporate, gaining diverse experience from this exposure.

Having been involved in both the hands on and bird’s eye view approach, she has a good understanding of what is required to build and maintain a successful company from a financial, sales and marketing, operational and human resources perspective.

Celia has experienced both the challenges and the rewards that come with individual and team development. Having had her own mentors and coaches at different stages of her career and having coached and mentored employees, she can personally guarantee the power of coaching.

Trained by Results Coaching Systems and coached by one of the registered professional Results’ coaches led to establishing Champion Coaching. Celia is an accredited Results Systems Coach.

Celia's main aim in coaching is to support and facilitate her clients in recognising and unlocking their full potential, particularly in the areas of strategic visioning and planning, goal alignment with strategic intent, executive coaching, career advancement and personal development.
