6 Week Challenge

Click any of the sign up buttons on this page to join the waitlist. When spaces go live, you will get an email with a sign up link.

Upon signing up, you'll receive access to the app that the challenge will be run through.

You will fill in an onboarding form to give me all of your details so I can set your app up based on what you want to achieve from the challenge.

You'll have targets to work towards and keep track of and at the end of every week, we'll have a check in where you let me know how your week has gone (via a form in the app), and I will provide you with feedback.

Outside of the weekly check in, support and accountability will be provided through the Facebook Group and Weekly Webinar.

Community will play a large part in the challenge by keeping you motivated and on track.

Yes! We have a selection of home workouts to choose from - all you'll need is one pair of dumbbells.

Of course! We have a selection of beginner and advanced workouts so just choose whichever suits you best!

Definitely! The nutritional guidance is completely adjustable to whatever dietary requirements you may have.

You will track and store all of your progress in the app.
